I was introduced to this food 12 years ago and was so impressed with it that I became a distributor -- my distributor number is KR72 -- for Flint River Ranch Super Premium Dog Food. It is manufactured in the United States with US ingredients and has NOT been the subject of any recall.

Flint River Ranch requires each distributor to display this verbiage on its website.

This Web site is not the official Web site of the Flint River Ranch Company. This site is owned and operated by Flint River Ranch Independent Distributor KR72 Any pricing, policies, including discounts, claims and return policies may not necessarily be those of the Flint River Ranch Company and are only supported by the distributor who owns and operates this site. If you are already a customer of Flint River Ranch and this is not your original distributor or their Web site, your distributor may not receive credit for an order placed on this site.

I like this food for several reasons:

  • It uses high-quality ingredients.
  • Although it may cost a few cents more per pound, you feed less. When I adopted my dog Conner from the shelter, he was eating five cups a day of another food. He eats two cups a day of the Flint River Ranch.
  • Because he eats less, that means he has to pee and poop less often because there's less pressure on the internal organs to "go."
  • It uses minimal fillers, so your dog digests more, resulting in smaller poops!!
  • And the poops are less smelly than those from other foods.
  • It is baked rather than extruded, which I think makes it more easily digestible than extruded foods.
  • It comes UPS to your door, which is a huge time-saver for me not to have to go to the store (And I don't know about you, but whenever I go to the pet store for food, I always seem to pick up more items than I need, so it's a money-saver as well.)
  • The plant is in Riverside, and your order is generally received quickly within three days after ordering.
  • You can have automatic shipment so you never have to worry about running out of dog food. Simply determine how long it takes to go through a bag and then have it shipped to you automatically. Let's say it takes 30 days to go through a 20-pound bag. You then can put your order on automatic shipment to have it shipped every 30 days. It's that easy!

Each distributor has his or her own Website and distributor number, so I would appreciate it if you would use mine. My Website is www.frrco.com/kr72, and you can read more about all the foods they make. You may also order by phone, and the phone number is toll free, 1-800-354-6858, and my distributor number is KR72. Please support Doggie Manners by purchasing this food only through the links on this site or by calling the 800-number listed above and giving them my distributor number.

Hear what clients have to say --

Dear Caryl,

Thank you for recommending Flint River Ranch dog food.  We have three dogs, including our six month old cocker poodle puppy, 'Rosie.   We had struggled with housebreaking and requested a 90 minute private consultation.   At that time, we also switched our dogs from a store-bought dog food to Flint River Ranch.

Our dogs love the food, and the change gave immediate results, reducing the dogs' water consumption significantly,  and, due to the smaller servings of food as compared to the old dog food,  greatly reducing the frequency of BMs as  well.   Rosie was basically accident-free within 48 hours, and is now reliably housebroken.   She is able to sleep through the night without needing to be taken outside, and her coat looks beautiful!

Thanks again,

Debbie and Mike Thornhill
