I'm not sure where I would have even begun without Caryl! After a week with my 10 week old American Eskimo puppy Lady, I realized she wasn't quite the little angel that she looked like. She obviously wasnt potty trained, was biting everything and everyone, barked to the point where my landlord threatened me, and wouldnt respond to where i thought she might be deaf! Caryl came in and explained and showed how most of her problems were things i was actually encouraging! If it werent for her, Lady would NEVER have done a 180. She is now obedient, doesn't bark, does 7 different tricks (ive had her one month!!) and is becoming more well behaved daily. Caryl really know and understands how and why dogs behave a certain way and she corrects our behave to improve our little loved ones!
