Dear Caryl: Thank you so much for your help with Lulu. Your system is the only one I've encountered that allows dogs and their owners to communicate. It's not that we never run into trouble, but now we feel we have tools for dealing with most situations that arise. Instead of simply suppressing Lulu's instincts, we feel as though she's learning in her own language. Again, thank you and good luck in the future.
