Please accept my sincere appreciation for the incredible positive method of teaching. You taught me that positive reinforcement was very essential in the process of training. I just didn't believe that you could change her bad habits in such a short time.

We both can share Monkey's success (10-month-old Golden Retriever). We have been practicing, and she is doing awesome. I can't believe how much she has learned in the past few weeks. She continues to improve every day. I couldn't have done it without your guidance.
